Processing time

All Lyra May Jewelry styles are carefully handmade to order. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 10-12 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at



We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us within: 7 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery 

If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at (no refund will be granted without return authorization)

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Lyra May is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 days for this process.

The following items can't be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Eternity Bands made to order
  • Items on Sale
  • Items Purchased During a Sales Event

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Lyra May is committed to providing high-quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds to our customers. We offer a lifetime warranty on all jewelry purchased from our website and offer the express guarantee that your purchase is free from any manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of the diamonds will remain unchanged. Our diamonds and jewelry are made to the highest standards and thoroughly inspected before shipment.

The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, improper cleaning, or storage, fading or discoloration due to inadequate care such as exposure to chemicals or hot tubs, thinning of prongs that may lead to the risk of losing a stone, or loss of a stone due to physical damage.

Third-party repairs or services will void the warranty. If you have a warranty claim, please email us at , we will send a pre-paid shipping label and inspect the jewelry. If it is covered, we will repair or replace it without charge. If not, we will provide a quote, collect payment for repair and shipping, and complete the repair.

  4. Prong Retipping: If the prongs holding your stone in place have become worn or damaged, our repair services include retipping them to ensure that your stone remains secure.
  5. Ring Repair: If your ring has become damaged, we can repair it to restore its original shape and beauty. Our repair services include resizing, re-shanking, and polishing.

Our Resizing Policy

  1. Free Sizing within 30 Days: We offer free sizing within the first 30 days of purchase. If the ring is not the correct size, you may return it to us for resizing free of charge.
  2. Fees for Resizing: If the resizing is needed outside of the first 30 days, additional charges will apply. The charges depend on the type of metal, the complexity of the resizing, and the size change required. We will provide you with an estimate before you send us your ring for sizing.
  3. Limitations on Resizing: Some rings cannot be resized due to their design or materials. We will let you know if your ring is not suitable for resizing.
