At Alyce Jewels, each piece is crafted to order with precision, care, and passion. Due to the personalized nature of fine jewelry and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of each handcrafted design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority — and we proudly offer complimentary modification and resizing services for eligible items.

 

1. Complimentary Modifications & Adjustments

If your jewelry doesn’t fit perfectly or needs a minor adjustment, Alyce Jewels will:

  • Provide a free return shipping label for you to send the item back to us.

  • Perform necessary adjustments or modifications (such as resizing, tightening settings, or polishing) at no cost, as long as the changes do not alter the original design.

Once your piece is perfected, it will be safely shipped back to you at no charge.

 

2. Design Alterations

Requests that significantly change the original design — such as replacing gemstones, redesigning settings, or altering overall aesthetics — may incur an additional fee depending on material and craftsmanship requirements.

We will always provide a cost estimate and approval request before proceeding with any chargeable design work.

 

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Because every piece is made with meticulous attention to detail and individually crafted, Alyce Jewels does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy ensures every client receives a brand-new, untouched, and uncompromised creation.

 

4. How to Request a Modification

To initiate a service or size adjustment:

  1. Email info@alycejewels.com with your order number and a brief description of the requested modification.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and packaging instructions.

  3. Our artisans will complete the service and return your piece within 10–15 business days.

 

5. Warranty & Defects

In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will inspect and repair or replace the item at no cost to you, including return and re-shipping fees.
