However, the appearance of colors, metals, diamonds, and gemstones may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the characteristics of individual materials or stones.
Where applicable, product specifications shown on the applicable product page form part of the product information available to you before purchase.
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially requested jewelry may have characteristics or production requirements specific to that order.
4. Pricing & Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, discounts, complimentary gifts, and product availability may change from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, thresholds, exclusions, dates, or other terms displayed with the applicable promotion.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, promotional, or product-information errors where permitted by law.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you with available options before proceeding.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment authorization or verification.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

6. Made-to-Order Jewelry
Most Alyce Jewels pieces are made to order.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production before your jewelry is ready to ship.
Customized, engraved, resized, or special-order pieces may require additional production time.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design, customization, diamond or gemstone availability, and other circumstances.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Once production and final preparation are complete, eligible U.S. orders are shipped using free insured shipping.
Standard U.S. transit is generally estimated at approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Production time and shipping/transit time are separate.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless explicitly confirmed by Alyce Jewels.
Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including applicable custom, personalized, engraved, modified, final-sale, clearance, or specifically identified non-returnable items.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable return conditions before completing a purchase.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.
9. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Because most Alyce Jewels jewelry is made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible requests where possible, but cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has begun or progressed.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Eligible products may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including applicable text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product imagery, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Alyce Jewels and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Jewelry designs, CAD files, sketches, renderings, prototypes, and other proprietary design materials owned by Alyce Jewels may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized derivative products without permission, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Alyce Jewels intellectual property.
