Our 30-Day window starts from the day you receive the item, as shown on your delivery tracking and will be eligible for returns for the full 30 days from that date.

We will work hard to provide you, our valued customers, an effortless return process. In turn, we kindly request that the guidelines below are followed to ensure a smooth and efficient return process:

  1. All returned jewelry pieces must be shipped back in the same brand new and unworn condition they were originally received. We reserve the right to refuse returns with outright & obvious signs of wear.
  2. Owning a piece of jewelry is deeply personal & holds sentimental value. At LYRA MAY, we want this intimate experience possible for all our loyal customers, whether they are buying or giving jewelry.
  3. Kindly make sure that all paperwork, documentation, appraisal & lab certificates are packaged along with your returned items for all exchanges & full refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns with missing paperwork and returns with missing lab certificates will be assessed a $150 fee to be used for lab recertification.
  4. Prior to sending your returns to us, kindly make sure that you have a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ID. Packages without RMA IDs will be deemed invalid, refused, and mailed back.
  5. All Bespoke, Made-To-Order, and Customized jewelry sales are final. This will be disclosed to you prior to your full payment for full transparency and they will not be eligible for returns nor exchanges.
  6. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to block & limit all users of our site who misuse & abuse our easy returns process. 



Contact Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code via three ways

  4. Once we've issued you an RMA, we can then send you a pre-paid return label that you'll use to return your order back to us. Please make sure to have your RMA on the package.

Packaging Your Return

  1. Kindly return all accompanying materials that your order originally came along with including boxes, certificate cards, packing slip, and relevant materials.
  2. For all returns for ring resizing, you may ship just your ring & original box.
  3. Kindly inspect the item you’re returning to make sure all items are in the same exact condition they were received prior to full packaging.
  4. Please refrain from writing the contents outside your package for security reasons. This will guarantee a much safer & secure transit for the package.

Mailing Your Return

  1. Return packages are fully insured for your protection and ours. But to be guaranteed valid, you must make sure that your package is “double-boxed”. We recommend you use the original boxes that your order arrived in but if not possible, please ensure that the jewelry box holding along with the item is enclosed in a “Medium” box that is then placed in a “Large” box.
  2. Personally hand off return packages in person to be scanned and received by your return courier and make sure to obtain a receipt that will ensure your return is fully insured.
  3. Kindly avoid dropping off your return packages in drop boxes or unstaffed receptacles. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages shipped thus.
  4. You may ship your return to us directly using your preferred shipping method as long as you have an RMA from our Customer Care Team. However, kindly make sure to include signature confirmation and full insurance along with your return package for your protection and peace of mind. All packages shipped without signature confirmation or insurance will be under your full responsibility if lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds Process

  1. We will inspect your returned order upon receipt and kindly give us 3-5 business days to process your returns. Your funds will be issued back the same way your payment was received.
  2. After we've initiated your refund, you may contact your financial institution if your funds do not appear in your original mode of payment within 5-10 business days.
  3. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any foreign exchange differences upon refund
  4. Differences in currency rates are subject to fluctuations and are levied by the customer's financial institution.
