Upon order, each jewelry piece is again quality-checked by our team before they are packaged to perfection in our elegant signature boxes to serve as protection during shipping, storage for safekeeping, and as a presentation box for your special one.

All Lyra May orders ship out free of charge to you via USPS First Class Mail. Fedex & UPS are also available upon request.

To ensure fast shipment, most of our classic jewelry collections are fully-finished and ready to ship out same-day or next day. For rings needing resizing, kindly allow us 1 business day to personalize your ring.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Jewelry

Bespoke & made to order pieces also ship out free of charge via FedEx 2-Day Service. UPS & USPS are also available upon request.

Making your jewelry just for you takes extra time and care. So for all our made-to-order products, kindly please give us 5 to 10 business days to ship your order.

Kindly note that expedited shipping will expedite the shipping time. Kindly allow us the necessary 5-10 business days for us to work on your jewelry.

Shipping Policy

To protect your jewelry purchase, your packages will ship insured, and with signature confirmation for security. Kindly arrange for someone to receive your package or have it picked up at your nearest delivery carrier's office if needed.

We proudly offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, ensuring that our military members and their families can receive our products no matter where they are stationed around the world. Packages bound for APO/FPO addresses will be handed off to the USPS to complete the delivery.

Your shipment confirmation will be emailed to the email you registered upon ordering. We’ll provide you with full tracking information so you can make preparations for when your package arrive.

Once shipped, we can no longer make any more changes to your shipping address for any reason nor cancel your order for a refund.

Fedex, UPS, & USPS will attempt to deliver packages 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, UPS & Fedex may hold your packages up to 5 business days for you to pickup (up 15 for USPS). Your package will then be mailed back to Lyra May after this grace period. We will reach out in such cases to make sure your order is resolved.

Lyra May is fully committed to shipping out all orders on time. However, delays like inclement weather, carrier issues, or shipping address problems are beyond our control. All expedited shipping fees are non-refundable for such occasions.

In rare cases of suspected package tampering or loss of package during transit, please report it to us immediately so that we can assist you.
